Glowing Recommendation

I think my last skincare post was ten (!) years ago. In my thirties I've devoted a bit more energy (& money) into achieving that glow. I've also dealt with some hormonal blemishes since getting pregnant and welcoming my babies. Before kids I always had clear skin. You know what they say, "girls steal your beauty."

Before I moved to the burbs I did the occasional facial, usually at Rescue Spa. In New Canaan I like to get pampered at BA Skin Lab. Both spas use Biologique Recherche products, which I love. Most of my friends use the BR line, or at least know of it. But relatively recently I added a couple of under the radar products to my routine. I'd never heard of these two gems; they weren't used by my aestheticians nor touted by influencers on my Instagram feed.

At dinner with my camp friends a few months ago, one bestie looked positively radiant. She's always beautiful but her skin looked extra luminous and plump that evening, so I badgered her into telling me her whole skincare regimen. Of course different products work well for different people, but I had to try some of her recommendations. So far my favorite is the OneSkin Topical Supplement.

Another lesser known (in my circles) but top notch product is by RenΓ©e Rouleau Skin Care. Apparently it has a cult following but I only heard of it when desperately searching online for a spot treatment. I think it was The Cut that led me to the Anti Bump Solution (formerly named Anti Cyst Treatment), and I'm grateful. Wanted to pay it forward here.
