I'm sharing a few edible items I'm into, in case anyone needs snackspiration.

A random, yet surprisingly satisfying snack
Frozen mangos are my go to snack. They taste super sweet and treat-like, but they're literally just bite sized pieces of preserved fruit. This is my favorite brand.

The best ice cream you'd never think to try
When we lived around the corner from Van Leeuwen in the village I was not a fan. I much preferred the chocolate and vanilla twists from Big Gay Ice Cream. But recently I tried Van Leeuwen's Sicilian Pistachio flavor and I fell for it. It's the perfect mix of creamy, nutty and sweet. I microwave it for 10 seconds so it's marvelously melty and eat it from my favorite coffee mug. Highly recommend.

A hidden gem among dairy alternatives
For years I poured almond milk into my decaf coffee, but I've recently converted to oat milk and I'm hooked. The best, smoothest brand is Rise.
